The advanced optical sensor provides fast response times, excellent accuracy and reliable results without the need for warm-up or polarisation periods. Automatic temperature, pressure and salinity compensation allow the instrument to adapt to different measuring conditions, making it a versatile solution for a wide range of water quality applications.


The SD400 Oxi L includes integrated data management capabilities, allowing measurement data to be monitored, stored and transferred using the built-in software and micro SD card storage. The sensor-specific calibration data is stored within the instrument, helping ensure consistent performance and reliable results.


Optimised for standard BOD bottle applications (NS 19/26), the SD400 Oxi L is also suitable for dilution BOD determination, providing a practical solution for laboratory and field-based dissolved oxygen analysis.
