HandyStep S Titration Gun

The HandyStep® S Titration Gun is a precise, easy-to-use dispensing system for titration and routine water analysis. Designed for use with DTK Water titration cartridges, it provides accurate and repeatable dispensing for engineers and water treatment professionals carrying out testing in the field or laboratory.

Using a direct displacement principle, the HandyStep S provides consistent dispensing across a wide range of liquids and operating conditions. Its manual, battery-free design makes it particularly well suited to routine water testing, while five dispensing settings and up to 49 dispensing steps per fill provide flexibility across different test procedures.


Compact, lightweight and chemically resistant, the HandyStep S is also incorporated into selected DTK Engineers Test Kits, providing a practical solution for titrimetric analysis of boiler, cooling and other industrial water systems.

Accurate & Repeatable Dispensing

The direct displacement system provides precise control of the dispensed liquid without relying on an air cushion between the piston and sample.

This allows the HandyStep S to handle liquids with different physical properties while maintaining consistent dispensing performance, making it suitable for a wide variety of water treatment tests and titration procedures.

Designed for Efficient Testing

Five selectable dispensing settings allow the HandyStep S to be configured for different testing requirements, with up to 49 dispensing steps from a single fill.


An integrated volume reference table makes it easy to identify the appropriate setting, while compatible PD-Tips® can be quickly fitted and released using the push-button ejection mechanism.


With no batteries, charging or electronic display required, the HandyStep S provides a straightforward and dependable solution for routine field and laboratory testing.
